"Service fees and fuel costs may apply depending on the rental car company or selected plan. We charge the following fees for our car rental reservation services. These fees cover the cost of our arrangement and ancillary support services. ・Reservation Arrangement Fee: JPY 300 per day (tax included) ・Ancillary Support Service Fee (Coverage Package): JPY 1000 per day (tax included)"

At the time of application, payment is due either at the time of settlement or on the date specified by the credit card company.

In cases where the customer does not hold an international driver's license. Natural disasters, accidents, theft, vehicle issues, recall delays, communication outages, system failures, or other situations beyond our control.

Once your rental car is booked, changes to your reservation, including dates and plans, are not allowed. If you wish to make any changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one. In doing so, you will be required to pay the rental car fee for the new reservation as well as the company’s specified service fees. Please note that the same rental car plan may not be available due to inventory status or price fluctuations at the time of rebooking. We appreciate your understanding.

For cancellations initiated by the customer, the following conditions apply to all amounts prepaid through Car Rental Japan for the relevant reservation, including the rental car charges, the Reservation Arrangement Fee (Booking fee/Administrative Fee) and the Ancillary Support Service Fee: ・Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is completed by 23:59 (Japan Standard Time) on the day before the scheduled pick-up date. ・Non-Refundable: No refund will be issued for cancellations initiated by the customer on or after 00:00 (Japan Standard Time) on the scheduled pick-up date. The above non-refundable condition applies only to cancellations initiated by the customer. It does not apply to cancellations arising from circumstances attributable to our Company or the rental car company, including cases where the reserved vehicle cannot be provided, or to any other case where a refund is required under applicable laws and regulations or the applicable contract terms.

Please note that services can only be provided to those who possess a valid international driver’s license. The specific terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to each product and plan shall be governed by the details displayed on the respective reservation and confirmation pages.
