We charge the following fees for our car rental reservation services. These fees cover the cost of our arrangement and ancillary support services.
・Reservation Arrangement Fee: JPY 300 per day (tax included)
・Ancillary Support Service Fee (CRJ Support): JPY 1000 per day (tax included)

Payment period

Change Policy
Once your rental car is booked, changes to your reservation, including dates and plans, are not allowed. If you wish to make any changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one. In doing so, you will be required to pay the rental car fee for the new reservation as well as the company’s specified service fees. Please note that the same rental car plan may not be available due to inventory status or price fluctuations at the time of rebooking. We appreciate your understanding.
Refund Policy
The applicable refund policy is determined by the specific car rental service and plan chosen. Please review the full details on your reservation page or in your confirmation email.
For fees processed directly by our Company, such as the Reservation Arrangement Fee (Booking fee/Administrative Fee) and Ancillary Support Service Fee, the following conditions apply:
・Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled pick-up date.
・Non-Refundable: No refund will be issued for cancellations made 6 days or less before the scheduled pick-up date.
For fees processed directly by our Company, such as the Reservation Arrangement Fee (Booking fee/Administrative Fee) and Ancillary Support Service Fee, the following conditions apply:
